Maurice Prager and Franklin Pierce founded Maurice Franklin Louver Company in 1956 in Providence, RI. In 1973, Antonio Gatta purchased the company. He sold the firm in 2000 to Michael Boudreau, who had served as general manager for nearly 30 years. Michael moved the firm to Georgetown, SC in 2005.
